Frequently Asked Questions

Will you ship out of the country?

No.

Do you allow people to pick up their casket at your funeral home in Dallas, Texas?

Yes you can, and for no extra pickup or shipping fee.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is included in the purchase price.

What is the difference between a half and full couch casket?

With a half couch casket, both halves of the casket can be individually opened at any time, but during visitation or viewing, only the left half of the casket is opened up to display the upper part of your loved one. A full couch casket however, has one piece for the top. When the casket is open, your loved one’s upper part is viewed, while the lower part is covered with an inlay that matches the top of the casket.

How do I operate the lock?

Protective-style caskets come with a 5-inch casket key. In order to open, typically the casket key is placed inside the lock and turned counter-clockwise. All funeral homes should have casket keys on hand.
